Success is Mandatory (SIM)  is  an  intervention  and  accountability  system  for  any  student  with  one  or  more  F’s  per  grading  term.

SIM  is  designed  to  develop  strong  study  habits,  decrease  failure  rates,  increase  awareness,  improve  graduation  rates,  and  decrease  drop  out  rates  through  Advisory  assistance,  peer  tutoring  and  homework  help.
