Established in 2012, Camelback Montessori College Preparatory (CMCP) is proud to represent Arizona’s first and only public Montessori high school.  We are committed to offering a   comprehensive Montessori education for the development of the whole child. Through intentional community building, our students learn to value interpersonal relationships as they strive to find their role in society.

As a micro-school within Camelback High School, students experience the personalized attention and close-knit community of a small school, combined with the diverse opportunities of the large, comprehensive campus. Our holistic approach focuses on the unique needs of adolescents through a rigorous, all-honors curriculum, integrated with Montessori principles in core academic subjects and choice-based academics that cater to each student's individual learning journey.
