Free Family Services: Powers of Attorney & Notary Services Event

Phoenix Union High School District (PXU) is committed to connecting students and families with valuable resources and support. Join us for a FREE Powers of Attorney and Notary Services Event hosted by the PXU Engagement Department.

Access to notary services and important legal documents can be challenging for families. This event aims to help remove those barriers by providing free services to families, helping them prepare essential documents before an urgent need or emergency arises.

Services Available:

  • General Power of Attorney: Personal finances, including bank accounts; real estate and personal property; and business transactions

  • Parental Power of Attorney

  • ADOT (MVD) Power of Attorney

  • Notary services
