Maryvale students won prestigious awards at the Arizona DECA State Career Development Conference. They represented both Maryvale and GTA.
Not only did four of our students place in the Top 10, but Ryan Miranda Vale and Valeria Chavez were award winners. Valeria Chavez earned 4th place, and Ryan Miranda Vale earned 1st place. Ryan also received a 4th place in his other event and qualified to attend the international competition in Atlanta, Georgia, in April. It has been 25 years since Maryvale earned first place and the competition was 55 entries.
