Assessment for support services
Attendance contract/campus intervention most appropriate
5 Absences
Administrative attendance conference
Develop a plan of action
Tutoring and/or academic/support intervention
Counselor Notification
6+ Absences
Follow up Administrative conference
Conference notification letter will be sent to parents/guardians
Modified schedule or alternative learning environment may be implemented
A student may lose credit for the semester
