This year, 43 of the International Baccalaureate (I.B.) program students from North High school went for their Diplomas. Out of this group, 39 of them obtained it, making the success rate 90% (24 marks needed at minimum)! These results are due to the hard work of the instructors at North High School with their academic and emotional support for the I.B. program students. We are very proud of these students for their hard work!
Here are the overall statistics for North High School International Baccalaureate:
In 1968, the International Baccalaureate or IB Diploma Programme (DP) was established to provide a challenging and comprehensive education that would enable students to understand and manage the complexities of our world and provide them with skills and attitudes for taking responsible action for the future. Such an education was rooted in the belief that people who are equipped to make a more just and peaceful world need an education that crosses disciplinary, cultural, national, and geographical boundaries.
