Tickets, Guests, and Social Distancing

How many people can graduates invite/bring?

• Each graduate will receive five (5) tickets due to capacity limits inside the Coliseum.
• Doors will open for ticket-holding guests 20 minutes prior to the start of their school’s ceremony.
• Tickets will be distributed to graduates at GRADUATION REHEARSAL on MAY 17TH 
• UPDATE: Infants (NOT WALKING) will NOT require a ticket to enter.

What about other family members/friends that want to come?

• Although the ceremony will take place inside the Coliseum, there will also be a drive-in option outside as capacity inside the Coliseum is limited.
• There will be screens in the parking lot projecting the ceremonies live for those who do not have tickets or prefer to be outside. Audio will either be provided using speakers or by tuning into a radio station.
• All ceremonies will be live-streamed, and guests who do not have tickets will be encouraged to watch from home.

What other social distancing/mitigation measures will be in place?

• Graduates will be seated in every other seat to allow for social distancing.
• Masks will be required for all staff, students, and guests at all times while inside the Coliseum.
• Tickets will be required for guest entry and collected at the door by PXU school staff. No contact will be made as tickets will be placed into a container as they enter.
• Our standard health screening questionnaire will be completed using the QR code on the back of the tickets.
• Signage regarding health and safety protocols, including the mask requirement, will be placed throughout the Coliseum.
• Families will be asked to sit with their group and to socially distance themselves from other parties near them.
• PXU and Coliseum security will work at all graduations. In addition, Bolt Security will be used inside and outside the Coliseum.
