Hello, and welcome to my webpage! I am proud to be WCP's Physics and Engineering teacher. For my class schedule and links to Canvas and other tools you may need, please check the menu on the left.
About Me
I grew up right here in the valley and went to school in Mesa and Tempe, graduating from McClintock High School in 2013. Since then, I have done everything from fast food service to entertainment to scientific research. After several twists and turns in my life and education, I received my B.S. in physics from ASU in 2022, where I also studied mathematics, philosophy, and education.
When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me baking pies and bread, exploring my local bookstore, and at dance practice.
Why Physics & Engineering?
Science and engineering are two of the most effective tools we have to understand and make positive changes in the world. On top of that, they're super fun! The skills and perspective you will gain from studying either one can benefit you for your entire life, whether this is your first step toward a STEM career or the last science class you ever take. I believe in the transformative power of science and technology, so I am passionate about making STEM fields accessible and inclusive to all. No matter who you are, science and engineering are for you!
