Mrs. Ashley Landa

Welcome!

My name is Ashley Landa and I teach English 1-2.  I am a local girl who graduated from a PXU school (Camelback).  I lived in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and California before returning to my home state.  I graduated from Phoenix College, Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University.  I have degrees in Communication Studies and Secondary Education.  

This year we will be focusing on short stories, literary devices, writing practices and more!  I appreciate many types of learning and try to incorporate many kinesthetic and visual types of lessons.

Students are encouraged to communicate with me on extensions, tardies or absences (I do have a degree in this afterall!), and I will work through any situation as it arises.
