Bio
Ms. Wright is an experienced K-12 international educator. Raised in the Phoenix-area, Ms. Wright has been passionate about education from very early on.
While studying at Arizona State University, Ms. Wright focused her studies on diversity in education and cultural geography and applied these concepts to her coursework by educating her students on the relationship between dance and culture.
Continuing her path to discover diversity in education, Ms. Wright ventured to teach overseas in South Korea where she served as an Instructional Coach and ESL teacher for two years at two different schools teaching in all subject areas.
After returning to Phoenix, Ms. Wright continued her teaching career and then moved into educational leadership after 10 years in the classroom. Ms. Wright currently serves as the Assistant Principal for Instruction here at AHS.
