    I have professsional expierence working in a seafood restaurant for five years, I have prepared food for different men's ministries. I love cooking and coaching basketball, I am very excited to be a Spartan, and enjoy teaching my culinary students, Culinary is learning hands on food preparation, and a number of cooking techniques. A unique attribute to culinary is exploring some great family recipes and preparing student to work in the industry. The culinary students are engaged every week in learning something new to prepare or if you are an advance student you will participate in cooking for school events and learning the procedures to receive scholarships. Culinary is fun and exciting I hope every student will get an opportunity to learn how to cook.
