    Welcome to Mr. Cano's Class Website.  As a graduate of South Mountain High School in 1997, I am confident of our students' potential to succeed.  While attending South, I was involved with several sports, National Honors Society, Aerospace magnet, honors/AP courses, and was fortunate to graduate in the top 2% of my class.  My enjoyment while at South was a direct result of the number of activities in which I participated.  Most importantly, my success resulted from an unforgettable experience with my teachers.  I hope current students consider the same approach while attending South Mountain.
     
    As I am entering my 11th year at South, I am excited and looking forward to embarking upon this journey called Advanced Placement, Creative Writing, and Junior English.
