Welcome to the Drawing and Painting I, II, III, & IV
Goal: Build Student Success by building upon Visual Literacy
1. Encourage and motivate students to become independent lifelong learners by developing positive self-concept through creative self expression.
2. Learn to work collaboratively with peers and appreciate others cultural differences.
3. Develop higher level thinking skills through problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking in the process of creating art.
Resulting in students utilizing these skills to move forward and succeed in college, career, and life.
"There is no greater challenge than to challenge yourself" is the philosophy I encourage students to learn and create by.
Please take a moment and view some of the wonderful art, TGB students have created over the years.
