Our goal in our Health Education classes is to have students acquire the health information and skills necessary to becom health literate adults and to learn about behaviors in which they should and should not participate in. Students are taught how to accsss accurate information that they can use to promote healthy lifestyles for themselves and for others. Students use problem solving research, goal setting and communications skills to protect their health and that of the community.
In Physical Education, we offer Girl's and Boy's P.E., Weight Training and Fitness and Sport. In each one of these classes we try to enhance the fitness level of the students along with helping them achieve a lifelong healthy social, emotional and physical lifestyle.
