Welcome to my site.  I currently teach Computer Fundamentals and Innovative Technologies here at the Center for Computer Studies at Carl Hayden.  Computer Fundamentals is a introduction course. Computer Fundamentals is a survey course for students to learn how to use the computer in a variety of applications. Students learn word processing, hardware, software, using the internet, computer graphics, spreadsheets and desktop publishing.  Students are also given an introduction to computer programming. Computer ethics and responsibility are emphasized.

Students in my Innovative Technologies are introduced to exciting topics in the world of computers and technology. The course content is dynamic and changes from year to year, allowing students to work with leading edge software and hardware. Typical modules include digital video and school broadcast
components, robotics, the Internet, and podcasts.
