I have been coaching at Central High School for ten years with every team making it to the State meet.  I have been a runner since high school and have run everything for 5K's to ultramarathons.   Completed Western States 100 miler four times.  First man to beat all the Horses in the Man vs Horse 50 mile horse race in Prescott, AZ. 

 

 I am very proud that many of our runners have gone on to college running careers in Cross Country, and earning their Bachelors degrees.
