Welcome to Advanced Media Image

Students in this class study art history and use Adobe Photoshop CS5 for one year to create original art for print, animation and video.  These students have created animations with original sound for the Day of the Dead, Renaissance paintings and Asian-style prints with original calligraphy in Japanese.   Currently we are studying surrealist masters Remedios Varo, Frida Kahlo, Leonora Carrington, Heironyous Bosch, Rene Magritte, Salvador Dali, and Joan Miro.  Our next big show will be here on the Hayden campus for our Annual Magnet Awards May 15, 2013.
