    Apply to Bioscience for the 2024-2025 School Year!

    Please fill in the application below (either typed or handwritten), print it out, and bring it in to Bioscience High School starting Monday, November 6th. We will also collect applications at the PXU Expo at Phoenix College on Saturday, November 4th. If you are unable to print, you can email it and the accompanying documents to gariepy@phoenixunion.org starting November 6th.  If you email it, please follow up with us that we received all of the needed documents.  Only complete applications will be considered.  Teacher recommendations can still come in after your application is turned in.  We will still consider your application for the priority deadline if everything but the teacher recommendations is complete and turned in by January 19th.
