    Welcome to Lion Country! 

    Alhambra offers Honors, AP and college credit (dual enrollment) courses, as well as competitive sports, music, dance, drama and JROTC.

    Being a part of the Medical Magnet means students have the opportunity to prepare to become an athletic trainer or physical therapist, or to take courses for other medical professions while in high school.

    Special business programs help prepare students for jobs in Sports and Entertainment Marketing, Accounting and Computer Applications.

    The four-year Business AVID (Advancement via Individual Determination) program gives “Lions” a way to get ready-to-use job skills, along with the extra instruction and tutoring to be prepared for college.

    Attention boys interested in playing for our boys soccer program!

    Meeting next week on Thursday, October 6 at 3:00pm, in the North gym.

    We'll talk about the clearance process, the upcoming fundraisers,

    pre-season training, season expectations, and much more.

    I would recommend starting to schedule and complete your physicals with your primary care doctors now, before the season starts.

    Alhambra High School will celebrate!

    60th Anniversary

    on Saturday, October 22, 2022.

    All former LIONS: students, faculty, staff, coaches, and volunteers are welcome to attend.

     

    The reunion celebration will feature a dedication ceremony, exhibits, Tours of the campus, Sport Teams and Club “booth”, food and fun, memorabilia t-shirts, and a unique “slide show” with pictures from 60 years of excellence.

    The event will be held from 8:00am to 2:00pm on the campus of Alhambra High School.

    8:00am – 9:00am – Check-in and registration; Free Breakfast, continuous slide show, self-guided gallery walk, and guided tours. Souvenir Books for sale, Gala of Events flyer, Donations table

    9:00am - 10:00am – Performing Arts performances, and Clubs and Sport Team Booths with games and interaction with present students; self-guided tour.

    10:00am – 11:00am – Anniversary Ceremony, slide show presentation and alumni recognition; Food trucks open at 9:30am.

    11:00am -12:00pm More performances, and guided tours; yearbook review and self-guided gallery walk.

    12:00pm – 1:00pm: Alumni association sign-ups, Alhambra donations, more performances, and Clubs and Sport Team Booths with games and interaction with present students; self-guided tours. Food trucks open until 1:00pm.

      Alhambra Fitness Club.

    The Alhambra Fitness Club is now open!

    Those interested in using the Weight Room must come with their ID, a facemask, and appropriate clothing.

    The Club will host Open Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays

    every week after school from  until 4:00pm.

    If you don’t have one, you will be sent to the bookstore to get a replacement ID

    or a schedule with your ID number on it.

    We are sorry, but verbal ID numbers are not accepted.

    Alhambra is a closed campus.

    Outside drinks and food will no longer be allowed on campus at any time of the day.

    Please be aware that you will be required to throw away any outside food or drinks when entering campus.

    Uber Eats, Postmates, GrubHub, and any other food deliveries will not be accepted at the front office.
