Hi! My name is Phil Anguiano, and I am the boys' PE/Weight-training teacher. I started my career here at Cesar Chavez High School as a student teacher in 2001. After graduating from the University of Arizona, I stayed here at Chavez as a long term sub for one semester. I accepted my first contract with Peoria Unified School District in the Fall of 2002 and taught there for the next 2 years. I returned to teach and coach here at Cesar Chavez in 2004, and I have been here ever since. I am committed to making a difference for our students, on and off the field,  and I am thankful for all the relationships I have formed throughout the Laveen community.
