Mr. Ezekwe, O. Ambrose

 I am Ezekwe, O. Ambrose, English Teacher at Linda Abril Educational Academy. I joined the Phoenix Union High school District on 8th June, 2023. I am originally from Nigeria and an American citizen, relishing my 13th year in Arizona. 

Summary of Objectives: I desire to continue to be an instrument of developing, nurturing and growing young minds, mentoring them to become greater members of society at large.

Education: BA (Hons) English/Education, MA (Hons) English Literature, MPA ( Human Res. & Pers. Mgt), M. ED (Environmental Studies) and D. ED (In View).

Teaching Experience: Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos (English Lecturer 2006 - 2010), National Open University of Nigeria, Victoria Island, Lagos (Facilitator/Course Writer, 2008 - 2010), Foresight International Secondary School Festac Town Lagos (English/Literature Teacher, 2000 - 2005), Early Life Secondary School, Festac Town, Lagos (English Teacher, 1992 - 1999) and Yuma Union High School District, Yuma Arizona (English Teacher, 2008/2009).

Academic Projects Written: 1. The Novelist as a Teacher, Using A Man of the People by Chinua Achebe and  The Concubine by Elechi Amadi As Case studies (A Project in partial fulfilment for BA (Hons) English/Education)

2. Violence in Nigerian Novels using Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche and The Last Duty by Isidore Okwewho ( A project in partial fulfilment for MA (Hons) English Literature.

Hobbies: I am a veracious  reader, I write, I enjoy  discussing Burning National Issues and I play soccer too.

Family: I have two adult daughters, 27 and 29 (by March), who graduated from this school district in 2013 and 2012 successfully,
