Hello and welcome to my webpage.  I am pleased to be teaching in the reading department.  This class uses the research-based program by Scholastic called Read 180.  It is a two-hour course for which students earn one complete credit for each semester.  We begin our class in whole-group instruction and then break into three groups.  One group uses the Scholastic Read 180 computer software program, another group read independently using Scholastic books that are written at their individual reading levels, and the third group works with the teacher in small group instruction using the Scholastic workbook called the rSkills book.
