Vax to the Max Campaign (Identity/Image Package)

This year, Phoenix Union has taken many steps to mitigate the pandemic and encourage healthy practices on our campuses. One of these steps was the Vax to the Max campaign, where any student who showed proof of being fully vaccinated received a $100 gift card, and any staff member who was fully vaccinated received a $400 bonus. There were also incentives for schools and worksites that reached an 85% or higher vaccination rate. This campaign required strong branding and promotion, which the Marketing Team won an award for.

This Is Who We Are Magazine (Special Purpose Publication)

Each year the Marketing Team puts together the This Is Who We Are magazine that showcases one individual from each campus to promote our District and encourage enrollment and retention. The magazine is award-winning and has been distributed widely.

This Is Who We Are Magazine (Photography)

As a part of putting together the This Is Who We Are magazine for the 2021-2022 school year, photoshoots with each individual person featured were conducted. The photography that the Marketing Team included in the magazine won an Award of Excellence.

One of the Marketing Team's roles is to encourage enrollment and retention of students. The team created a video about the Aerospace program at the Academies at South Mountain to showcase the program and promote enrollment.

Each year, the Marketing Team helps put together the Convocation Opening of Schools celebration. This year, the ceremony was virtual, and the video won an award.

This video showcases the importance of students' involvement on campus and how extracurricular activities brings positivity and joy into their lives. 

This school year, the Marketing Team helped promote healthy practices to our community through the events that our District held. The team created a PSA video including health professionals to discuss why being vaccinated is a great choice for personal and public health.
