Bridget Lopez
Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Bridget Lopez joined PXU in 2005 as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in the Talent Division. Prior to that, she worked in a large private law firm for several years where she worked in the Labor and Employment, School Law, and Insurance Liability group where she gained significant trial and litigation experience. Ms. Lopez began her career in the banking industry, working in the corporate legal departments for Chase Bank (Bank One) and Wells Fargo primarily handling collection, bankruptcy, and garnishment matters. Ms. Lopez has worked as a Paralegal for a total of 31 years.
Ms. Lopez is a graduate of Arizona State University and obtained an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Studies. Ms. Lopez also received a Paralegal Certification from Phoenix College. Ms. Lopez is a member of the Arizona School Personnel Administrator’s Association and graduated from the ASPAA Personnel Academy in April of 2019.
Ms. Lopez is married to a Phoenix Fire Fighter Paramedic and they have an adult son, Nicholas. Ms. Lopez loves to travel and camp in the beautiful Arizona high county. Her other interests include party planning and making hand-made crafts and desserts, which she hopes to someday turn into a business.
