Hey Team!  

You are working so hard at practices on Mondays and Wednesdays but during the summer is our time to build up endurance and strength.  I am attaching this practice routine for days that we don't meet.  I expect you to be doing something to build your strength even when we don't have practice and so these are some ideas.
