Please come to more coding experiences next semester! We can have during school, after school and Saturday sessions.Maryvale High School was awarded a grant through ASU/Verizon.
Students who participate learn coding and marketing skills.
2016-2017
The school received Verizon tablets, T-shirts and opportunities to explore technology
Students in the grant participated in training and creation of coding apps to solve real world problem.
One team was selected as the best app creation.
Students went on a field trip to the Grand Canyon to learn and explore. The US Park Service uses technology in many ways
2017-2018
Students participated in SKYPE conferences with other students thoughout the United States.
Students came to the high school library for a program on Tech Careers provided by Verizon.
