     New Spartan Athlete:
     
          Welcome to Camelback Athletics!  The following links and guides will help you get registered and join the Spartan Athletics Family. If you are a current student, or future student (8th grader going into 9th grade) please use the following links and guides to help get you signed up for Camelback Wrestling:
    1.  Open the following instructions, English or Spanish
    2.  Using the instructions, register as an athlete for a sport by clicking the following link: Register My Athlete
    3.  Download and print the following Physical Examination Form A and Form B. 
    4.  Both Physical Examination Form A and B must be filled out by a Medical Doctor (MD or DO) and return to the Athletics Office when completed.
    5.  As a new athlete you are required to complete the Barrow Brainbook Course, takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.
    6.  A $2 fee is required for each sport. Please pay at the bookstore and return the receipt to the Athletics Office.
    7.  Bring the completed Physical Forms and the $2 fee receipt to the Athletics Department, and ensure that your    Athlete File is fully completed.

    Returning Spartan Athletes:
     
            Returning Spartan athletes, those who were in a Fall Sport or a sport from the 2015-2016 season, must use the following links and guides to complete the registration process.
    Athletes who have DID NOT participate in a Fall 2016 sport
          1. Download and print the following Physical Examination Form A and Form B. 
          2. Both Physical Examination Form A and B must be filled out by a Medical Doctor (MD or DO) and return to the         Athletics Office when completed.  Continue to steps 3-5. 
     
    Athletes who DID particpate in a Fall 2016 sport 
          3. Register for wrestling by clicking the following link: Register My Athlete
          4. A $2 fee is required for each sport. Please pay at the bookstore and return the receipt to the Athletics Office.
          5. Bring the completed Physical Forms and/or the $2 fee receipt to the Athletics Department, and ensure that your          Athlete File is fully completed.
