I currently teach Girls Weight Training and Fitness and Sports.  In the classes students are expected to perform daily in our newly renovated Fitness Center, while dressed out ready for class. Students are required to purchase a uniform from the bookstore for $15.  Students will be asked to create goals that enrich their daily and educational experiences.  Workouts will be set up for their success on an individual basis.  Students will work in small groups creating and finishing workouts in the fitness center M-T-TH-F and wednesday will be a freedom day for specialized workouts, or an activity.  I look forward to a great semester and year.
