This course is a survey of World History and Geography and is an MTHS and Arizona state graduation requirement. This course is intended to provide a meaningful, current overview of changing World culture, politics, environment and economics from Early Civilizations through the present day. This course is designed to help students better understand the major themes of history. We will focus on building skills in evaluating various historical sources, including primary sources, maps and charts; analyzing information and decision making; and citing evidence to support claims.
