    Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! I'm Ms. Velazquez, and I look forward to working with you this year. This year I have the pleasure of teaching both sophomore and junior English. I graduated from Trevor G. Browne high school, and attended Phoenix College where I obtained my Associates of Arts degree in English. Afterwards, I attended school at Arizona State University where I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Secondary Education. 
     
    I hope to provide resources, support, and a view of what the students in my class are working on. 
    I want each and every one of my students to succeed, which will require hard work from the student, parent, and myself included. As such,
