The food bank is a service learning project we did at the beginning of the second semester of the 2016-2017 school year.  

 

We went there to help volunteers bag meals for families in need. 

 

This was a great learning experience for high school students to help out the community but it was also a big help to those families that needed the food. 

                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                           

 

 The Coronado East Neighborhood Clean-up, partners residents, police, and JROTC members from North High School helped clean-up trash and graffiti to improve the neighborhood one step at a time.
