Students who qualify for FAFSA can receive up to $5800 each year for 6 years, to help pay for college expenses. The application usually takes about 30-60 minutes to complete.
Seniors graduating in December, and starting school in January, should fill out their FAFSA application by November (but can be done earlier). Seniors graduating in May should fill out their FAFSA application starting October 1st. This is for next August classes.
Click on the link below to see what information you need to complete the FAFSA application. You can do this from home, or you can make an appointment with Ms. Short to get help completing it.
Undocumented students and DREAMers do not qualify for FAFSA. However, there are other opportunities for financial aid. Please talk to Ms. Short in the Counseling office if you would like more information.
