Open enrollment allows Arizona students to attend Franklin Police & Fire High School whether or not they live within the district boundaries. However, priority is given to students that reside within the Phoenix Union High School District boundaries, and enrollment is subject to available openings.  Franklin has specific application procedures and requirements that must be met prior to acceptance.  To find out more information about attending Franklin, visit our Experience High School page.
