¡Hola! Bienvenidos al estudio de uno de los idiomas con más auge en el mundo. I was born in Huatabampo, Sonora, Mexico, where I grew up and completed all my school years. After that, I moved to Hermosillo and I completed my B.A. in English Language Teaching. In 2000, I moved to Phoenix. I taught for 12 years in multiple areas in a K-8 school prior to joining Camelback High School. I facilitated learning for middle school students in a dual language program as well. I taught to English Language Development and Mainstream students a variety of subjects such as reading, math, science, grammar, vocabulary, listening and conversation to name only a few. Hard work pays off and I have received numerous recognitions and awards. In addition, I have always worked effectively with numerous parents who support student achievement. Last, I am looking forward to working together in a team in which students, parents, and myself share the responsibility of academic success.
