A little about me......
I'm excited to be starting my 21st year as a teacher and my 6th year at Phoenix Coding Academy. I'm proud to be part of the innovative teaching and learning experiences that we are creating here, and I look forward to our continued work this year! I'm also mom to a teenage boy (a Phoenix Coding Academy Junior) and lots of pets, all of whom keep me very busy when I'm not teaching. I spend lots of time outside actively exploring our world. I also love to cook, and like to incorporate the biology and chemistry behind the food that we eat as much as possible into the classroom. I teach on the 10th grade team, where we have created an integrated experience through the use of our 4 investigations throughout the year.
