Welcome to Central High School, Home of the Bobcats! Central High School is one of the most diverse schools in Arizona, with over 40 languages spoken. Central offers a Global Studies Magnet program to support global awareness and has the largest Dual Enrollment program in the district, offering 21 different courses eligible for college credit. Additionally, 19 Advanced Placement courses are offered, allowing students to sit for the AP exam. Central has strong Career and Technical Education programs, offering business, marketing, graphic design, engineering, sports medicine, along with the largest Culinary Arts Program in PXU. Our recently developed Freshman House provides support for ninth-grade students and our long-standing partnership with the Phoenix Suns Charities has provided additional tutoring support and tutoring incentives. Sports have continued to be competitive and facilities continue to be improved. A new synthetic turf, shading structures, remodeled student union, and culinary space have added to the Central campus appeal, and additional modernization projects are currently underway. We invite you to contact us and take a tour of our beautiful campus!
